  • Me: What's up?
  • Mum: I've taken my SIM out of the Nokia I was using on holiday and I'm trying to put it back in my iPhone, but I can't do it.
  • Me: Why not?
  • Mum: The back won't slide off! I've tried everything, but it's too smooth and I keep slipping!!!
